Downtempo Single, Double & Triple

When the mood is introspective and intellectual, there is nothing like downtempo, jazzy trip-hop to groove to. These three tracks come from a total of six producers and you can hear it in their work - meticulously crafted and diverse, these are the type of people who hound after the right samples and are capable of really putting their ideas to the music.

Little People - the lone wolf of this entry, the diminutive sobriquet of Laurent Clerc. You can download the album for free, it's called Mickey Mouse Operation, which is brilliant.

Berry Weight - "is a soulful electro-organic-space-jazz duo, harmonizing storybook-like melodies and cinematic atmospheres." I couldn't put it better myself.

The Q4 - Three Dutch producers, "compose their tracks practically note-by-note by making a collage of hundreds of dusty sampled notes and percussion hits taken from vinyl." How can you not admire that.

This type of music above all others is what I consider REAL music. You can expect alot more of this in the future.
